As a Lead Engineer, you are required to manage a variety of processes at Platform Services Department. Your responsibilties will include engineering, maintaining administrating, and supporting all required servers on all platforms. Other important responsibilities are:

• Understanding of security impacts of actions and adherence to company guidelines
• Automation of standard activities in cooperation with Support Services to develop first level problem procedures.
• Provide operational direction for team
• Provide guidance and monitoring to team members regarding customer service
